Canti's Guide to the 3rd Quest

P.S. For those who can't read it clearly, all 4 of the mobs needed for the second and third part of the quest can be found in the Refuge.

Is there a time schedule for Priest Devin to be on duty? I tried twice and he was absent both times. :weee:

 

its important to remember that he only appears on server 2

we were on server 2 but he was not in his place. perhaps a bug?

Isn't balgass event required to be completed in order for the 3rd quest npc to spawn?

 

I don't think balgass is required, every time I've checked for the priest he's been there. It might have just been coincidental that someone had always done that event at some point before me logging in.
