Solved cant launch mu

    hi !
    i have a terrible problem as i cannot start the game
    i downloaded it again and it still doesn't run

    i've attaeched the error logs
    hope you can help

    Attached error logs won't help as they're created by the client itself with no useful info. Be more specific and give us more details like when does the client closes (after loading bar or you cannot even start the game?), what operating system are you using and what antivirus. Make sure you follow all steps from this link http://forum.eternalmu.com/threads/fix-common-game-start-problems.536891/ first.

    Additionally, check your Mu Guard folder and see if there is a llahlog.dat file there. If there is one then upload it to a website like http://sendspace.com and send me in private the download link.

    hi Elekiel, thanks for help
    it crashes after mu guard pops up on my screen and then it disappears.
    there is no llahlog file generated
    there were no major changes to my system except display driver updates and standard windows updates (including defender)
    i switched off the defender, but the game did not launch
    i changed the compatibility mode and run as admin but it didnt help either

    seems new amd graphic drivers are the reason for it.. i have to revert to prev version and will let you know

    Sometime new graphic drivers will cause game incompatibility, especially when it comes to old ones. Let us know if you were able to run the game after downgrading the video drivers.

    new drivers were the cause, i rolled back to 16.6.1 and it works fine now
