   Hi i have another problem, ingame. I have cape on my DL and 375 lvl but i am not able to warp to Icarus. I have premium acc also, so why cant I enter ?

   Get ur transformation ring off , than u can enter icarus.

   As @cretzu said, you cannot enter icarus while being equiped with a transformation ring. Take it off and you will be able to warp just fine.
