can't connect to server 3

    I can't connect to server3. When I try I get this message: Önly players age 16 and over are permitted to connect to this server".
    I can't remember there was a question about age on the registrationform.
    Btw I am far over 16.
    How can I resolve this?

    nick in game is: Jewel.

    Everything is fine now. I can connect to server3.
