cant conect in server

    today i format my computer and now i cant conect in server. i open the game and put my account login and password but when i press enter, information which it appears I was disconnected from the server, and the game close.
    my computer use system win7 ultimate x64 because i have 4gb of ram memory...my all driver will be instaled.

    So you manage to get inside the game, select server and add your username and password? It doesn't make sense at all... Have you downloaded both client and patch?

    yes..i dowload the clients and patch all much times but i cant connect in server.

    yes, but when i click enter to login, i am disconect to the server and the game close.

    Then something is wrong with your firewall.

    Delete client and download it again with your antivirus and firewall turned off. It has no sense since you can reach the login screen though

    Firewall/anti-virus related, check your settings and put main.exe and other related programs in the allow list. Anti-virus should be turned off WHILE you download AND install AND while you play. Some anti-virus programs send files to their dump automatically without even telling you.
