cannot get game to start

Hi just downloaded the game(no sound one)
when i click the start game it gives a sound and then just closes

i tried doing the data execution and the compatibility thing(set to xp service pack 2 and run as admin)
but still the same

dont know what else to do
btw i dont have anti virus program

help is appreciated thanks

 

Hi, i have same problem as kupurukupu, didint wanted to spam with same thread. I would be greatfull if u could post or pm step by step solution that helped (and isnt anounced on the mainpage).

Problem solved:

Same problem on both files: Main.exe & DiabloMu.exe - ppm - properties - down part of window "unblock". Solved all problems (had to take care of compatibility as well).
