Can' t use:Orb of five shot - Celestial bow

Hello! I have a muse elf over lvl 300 and I can't use the orb of five shot and the celestial bow, I checked the requirements, put more than it says but still nothing... Any ideas?

Sorry for double post, but I was late for doing edit. I did the quest and all fine with the orb but I can't use bows only crossbows, so the problem is not only with the celestial but with all types of bows (tried at least 4 types)...

 

Listen, in noria at NPC u have two type of arrows : arrows and bolts. For Bows u have to use arrows and for crossbows u have to use bolts. Try to use arrows for bows and let me know if it work .

I have bows, some of my friends have and it works very good:thumbup:

I didn't do something specific, I tried one more time after rr and it was ok!

 

so you mean, that the orb of five shots can only be activated after marlon quest? Im kinda lost.
