bumper spinning

Two videos that show me asking if the player, bumper, was active and doing the spinning or if he was afk with a bot...

And before anyone brings it up...yes i did use spin clicker when first server first opened, sephi has known i used it in the past...but i have not used it since so noone needs to reply here except bumper or myself and admin for a ruling about what needs to be done.
