Bugged moss event

i've finally managed to log in today with my lame internet connection from past few days and fixed the moss event

Moss Merchant will appear 24/7 in Elbeland BUT you may only access it starting 17:00 Server Time for 30 minutes

Each item costs 10 MIL and it can be an exec from +1 till +13 with one-two options luck and additional. Each of these options got their separate success rates

Also there is a visual bug that shows 5 socket options on each item but it self dissapears. This will be fixed onto next server update

yea, Destiny reported that. Reloaded monster databases and showed up back.

Still if the moss doesn't appear let us know on teamspeak.

i've told to be announced through teamspeak. Well it's obvious moss works fine but dissapears for some unknown reason so hopefully next update it's gonna be fixed.

It's gonna be disabled then so you won't get so obsessed with it
