   Why block my IP?... yesterday, i try to join mu, but cant click Contineus when open mu... When I use hotspot shield to fake IP, it could join Mu...?? i never hack, bug,... check for me, pls

   What is your character name? You are definetly not ip banned, there has to be something wrong on your side, besides that we rarely ban ip addresses but we ban the entire pc instead so you wouldn't be able to connect through a vpn either. Try reset your router.
