Blizzrd web coins gone missing

i had 440 coins, but 2 days ago i traded my 17h to coins but when i looked my mu wallet it shows that i have 0 coins?? can u fix it?

 

Hello Blizzrd, this is what I posted a few weeks ago....maybe this will help.

It suck that I have to tell you this, but you have lost those credits. Trading in Online Credit Hour will provide you with credits which could be use them inside the MU WebShop. But you have to "Open" your MU Wallet before trading in such amount...Here are the steps:

1. Login with your personal password.
2. Click on the MU Wallet (On the left hand side)
3. After click this, you will see a link appear "You have Successfully open your MUWallet"
4. Now you can trade in Online Hour
5. Enjoy those credits

I guess you have to work back those credits, just like I did.....(And let me tell you what a pain it was ) However, if you do need anything PM me in-game as I will more than glad to help! (In game name : iRaikan, PCap)

Trading ur online hours u will get credits not coins. Before you trade online hours be sure that you activated MUWallet. Check Raikan steps.

Follow Raikan steps, after that stay few hours online and try to exchange the hours. Let us know if works now.
