Are wiz, mg and elf wings lvl 3 so rare?

I know that it is random but in my 100rr i haven't seen anyone sell mg, wiz or elf wings or somebody to be happy that they made some. Are the chances equal? All i see are BK wings (many) and mantle of monarch (almost as many as BK wings) for sale.

 

well...it random as u said..... 2 month ago all it was on the market was MG wings and Elf .... depends on the mood of the server i guess

P.S Still buying soul master lvl 3 wings ( what i give bk wings lvl 3+luck+ignore and siege guard shield+13+luck+reflect+zen+add35+25 defence)

I saw an sm offering 3 bk wings lvl 3 with luck and ref or ignore just form sm wings without option

ermh is it true that the option HP RECOVERY of the 3rd wings is = to IGNORE..its what they told me...

Do anyone have a tactic that when your combining for lvl 3 wings.. it would not fail.. IS IT AGAIN, THE MOOD OF THE SERVER?? ^_^

 

alll combination i created is 1BK WING and 1 DL WING hahahha

 

there is a technique....and ul get a good option...
but it'll cost u 40euro....lolz...
