always get DC with my acct...

    sir Seph, i would like to ask for your assistance about my acct...
    its is that i always get Disconnected everytime i log-in my acct. Any char on my acct gets Disconnected when i start the game...but when i tried on my other accts i don't get DC, unless there's a problem with our connections....
    it all started when my char, Bacod passed thru a certain gate or portal to another map...
    i think it's Elbelend or something...
    Can u plz assist me??thanx....
