always disconected?,what seems to be the problem?pls help sir sephiroth

sir I always get disconected whenever I log in my account I tried downloading your anti lag patch but It doesnt work...have I missed some of the downloads?,do I need to download all of the mirror in your download section?,I'm not very good at computers so I was hoping you could help me sir...sorry for bugging you in yahoo messenger I promise it won't happen again...hope to hear from you soon thank you sir and more power....
