Admins, Help me fix my char now. I cant play!

I have 83 resets already, you can check it from the site. When i have 82 resets, I have 64 points at the starting, then i add it all. Then it continue became back 60k+ status to add with. But why when i reset again in 83, i have 864, i added all but it become 0 already. I keep relogging and still the same. Can you fix the problem and explain what should i do next time please....
