Solved Admin what happends with my X shop to use Ecoin and MuPOint ???

    As my title wrote : Admin what happends with my X shop to use Ecoin and MuPoint ???
    I dont know why is happened for me? Why cant i use my Ecoin and Mupoint to buy seal and master seal or anything in X Shop?
    I tried so many many times to click buy and buy, but its useless, no signal to know i can buy what i need.
    The problem for my account or server is not allowed anymore this time?
    Please help and answer !

    Probably u dont have enough space in your inventory. U need about 8x6 or something like that.

    Buy Seal and Master seal need sapce in ventory 8x6 ??? Are you right??? I dont think so !
    By the way Admin please. I want to buy Master seal by Mupoint but i cannot buy now too with my account DinGDonG in game.
    Im wating for admin to solve my problem ! Please if someone dont make sure to solve, dont waste time to post. Thanks !

    This is a public forum which means players can also answer help requests like yours, not just admins and @Jukato is right, the reason why you cannot buy anything from xShop using eCoins or MUPoints it's because you don't have enough space in your inventory. Free up some inventory space (not 8x6 but you still need some decent free space) and you will be able to buy it, make sure you check your xShop inventory after purchase and activate it from there.

    Ok admin! Thanks for you reply! I will check again about my inventory! I hope everything will be Ok!
    Beside that I send my appologize to Zukato if im wrong with your answer to help me! But I need to check exactly about inventory right or wrong. But the first i still want to say Im sorry toy you Jukato!

    The thing is that x shop need space for all of items which are in it. Not only seals but bigger things, Just like chaos machine. If you are making item 2x2 you still need space like for wings :)
