    Hello , i had Disconnect on my character ... when i tried to log on my account i have notice : " Your BlizzardMU account is already connected " ... I want fast reply - THANKS =)
    If possible , please disconnect my character
    My nick ingame : Slonek

    We have auto-disconnect in case this happens by the way so wait 5 minutes next time and let me know (it takes 1 minute infact but just to be sure)

    Stop using ALT+F4 and quit normally.

    Tomorrow we'll do a short reboot that will fix the auto-disconnect in case of 'account already connected'

    enes81, no idea if you still had this problem but i've disconnected you as well. Next time come back and reply that it's working instead of posting only during issues.

    Now i wonder how you are the only one that has this issue continously? Is your internet connection really slow?

    We performed a reboot on the server so if you get this again wait for 1 min and try again.

    is there a possibility that my character is in the game because the computer switches off to me? recently I have with him a lot of trouble

    Well yes, this is the thing that triggers the issue
    - ALT+F4
    - computer siwtches you off
    - internet connection drops

    I have next computer switch-off , and i waited about 10 mins from switch-off , and game still didnt disconnect me . I have char ingame ^_^
    You said that i need to wait 1 min , i waited more time and i need to please You to disconnect my character again.

    Your account is not connected.
    Just checked and it's fine, so you were auto-disconnected as it was fixed after a reboot

    Also include your char name everytime you post

    Well my best advice is to contact your ISP and tell them you're having regullar connectivity issues.
    As for the message no, you don't have to panic if that message is showing after you suddently lost connection or power.

    As you saw, after few min the account auto-disconnects. If sometimes it doesn't, just send me a PM.
