I changed build after reset for almost full agi and dmg was lower than going vit. All skills from gloves were always scalling from vitality.
It doesnt matter im not hitting 50k in vulcanus from pss skill, only from glove piercing. Look at the skills miniatures

Ok i solved it. It happens when i was starting game via main.exe. Now just added launcher to DEP and works fine ;) You can close it
