Ah well i barely know anything about that build or any "only s6" stuff, but from My own exp, the higher str or higher ene is probably better...
Well first off, why would u play emg with that blade? Tbh i only see that as something "cool" but a total Waste ;)
had the same problem... solution: go to task manager and shut down unecessary programs, then try again if it doesn't work, u didn't shut down...
on one of the quest u can get, u are suppose to kill 50x Chief Skeleton warriors and 50x Thunder Lich but when u kill the Skeleton u do not get...
the question got answered ingame :D
tested after reset and doing still same with skill as with regular
warned
tried restarting client but still same problem, and i dont know what the rest thinks but its kinda a huge problem doing half damage :D
is the skill dmg suppose to be same as normal hits? it clearly says ~200% skill dmg :D
