here i post some ss with a player who don`t attack on spot he was afk now he start ks`ing hope that`s good prove
When faced with a KS situation, a player must take the following measures: - 1 screen-shot when killing mobs alone (with party) on a spot - 1 screen-shot with the KS starting to happen - 1 screen-shot with the KS-er refusing party (usefull but not mandatory) - 1 sreen-shot taken 3minutes(or more) after the KS-ing occured - all above screen-shots must be taken with C pressed so we can clearly see on which server the situation occurs. Note: If a player refuzes to party, then the player requesting party can KS legally i don`t see a print when you are alone on the spot . and from what i see he did not atack for just 2minutes (bathroom brake , smokin weed etc) so if you realy want him banned you need to show a print when you ask for pt and he refuse it. better pay more atention to rules just my opinion so we have to wait for an admin`s decision
just showing this screen to show what kind of person nightfall is. comes ksing us and then we say party is full and dont ks he tells everyone to leave party and join his then noone does so he says he will ban us for being afk on the spot. even comes couple times after that incident to see if everyone is afk so he could come with his bodies again to try take other the spot. too bad dont have more screens of that, printed only the part i thought was funny ^_^

In my opinion that report is inclusive: NightFall can Not prove that darigold is AFK Rule 14:The AFK rule(s) (Rule available only on NoN PvP Servers) A player cannot let AFK shooting alone on a spot if by this action he KS a party full. A party full but AFK looses any right on the spot if another party full but ON comes and takes over the spot. Party full but AFK means all 4/5 party members are afk. A party full ON that wants to take over a spot from a party full but AFK, has the obligation to call admin and ask to disconnect the afk party. If at least one member of the party afk doesn't answer to admin for 5 min then the afk party gets disconnected and looses any right on the spot. In the situation where no admin is online, the full party that wants to take over the spot, has the obligation to ask the party if someone is online,and if nobody from that party answers for 5 minutes (all have to be prooved by prints) move the afk party using lightning/skill or pk, and take prints with the moved party.If the afk party "wakes up" after they have been took over, they don't have any right over the spot. The obligation of an AFK party is to have at least one member online, and to answer when someone asks. ONLY a FULL party can take over a spot occupied by an AFK party. Time requirement is not met in the first 2 ScreenShots.what i mean is that if that guy "woke up" just after the second SS was taken... NightFall is KS-ing him. And 1 more thing is that NightFall Never asked for party, and there are plenty of spots at Kalima to lvl up. That is my opinion. My Superiors will Decide.
My opinion is that the report is good...we will have a small conference just to decide on whether it's conclusive or not...it appears that there are a few missed interpretations on these rules...we will fix this... @orestas...man, i don't understand what you are reporting...plus...if you want to make a report please open a new thread in our Report Section Thank you! Reopened! @darigold...i suggest you post an ss where you asked nightfall for party and he refused...if you don't have such an ss your probability of being suspended is raised to 80%
like i said i didnt post that to get him banned, its just to show that nightfall is doing that all the time, i mean "on?" thingie even if its full party, if noone responds to him he comes with his friends and tries to take other the place threatening to ban everyone because they didnt respond to him. w/e.
darigold banned for 2 days for KS! Decision took longer because we waited for some evidence from his side. Ban will be in action when servers will be online! TC!
