Problems with webshop

Hiya

I cannot login to webshop. Tried three different browsers on two PC`s so i doubt its a local issue.

Also i am sure i`m typing in the right password, as i can login to control panel just fine. Its only webshop. As i just bought DM credits for this shop, i`m eager to spend it.

 

What it's says when u try to login ? "wrong password" or what ?

 

Account doesnt exist. Try again

Playing on low-exp server. I first login to Control panel:

then on http://diablo-network.com/mu/low-exp/webshop/login.php
i try to enter my details.

 

Weird, I am getting the same error too when trying to log in.

1.U must to contact with DGN team on YM
2.U need a new pass of your acc
On this way my problem was fixed

It doesnt look like the same problem. In my case, i get info about account being nonexistant.

 

the dgn team knows about this problem and its working on it .. have a little pacience

Reopening. Still got some problems. Login issue was fixed. I also had my donation added as dm credits. So i tried to buy an item.

After selecting it and pressing "Add item to first available slot" i confirm the expense of given number of credits. The following page tries to be opened:
http://diablo-network.com/mu/low-exp/webshop/index.php?sy=items&additem=sy
but it ends up empty, with only menu on the left. Please help.

The problem happens, as the previous one, on different browser and PCs

 

Update: i was able to get one item purchased, looks ok. Still i dont know how i did it and what is the problem.

 

Update: calling off. It looks like the webshop doesnt like when upper storage squares are occupied

 

Yeah, i solved it by moving all the present stuff in vault to the bottom.

Just two small things:
1. Some purchase confirmation would be great. Right now buying ends up on black empty page, but when you click back on webshop main, the item indeed appears.
2. Webshop login page is warped on IE8 and Opera 10 (final). The login form continously slides horizontally.
