mega crusts

    are they suppose to be able to get out of the cages? its really annoying then they get out of the cage and you have to go get them every couple minutes.

    ye monsters can get out of cages if someone lure them

    well the problem is noone is luring them, you are in the cage and noone is outside, monsters spawn at the entrance to the cage and moves straight out of it, maybe the spawn point could be moved abit to the center or the other side, thx.

    if someone is around them they automatic gain range move

    Making their spawn closer and their move range less would be too easy. Remember that cages have more mobs than outside spots
