about launcher

hi guys,

can someone help me with this problem.

if i try to connect with the launcher,
there is a message box appeared, it says

FTP server connect failed.


how to deal with this prblem?

 

1. Client Side Update v4
- New Items are now One Handed , Fixes for Item.bmd file
- New main.exe, main.ini, config.ini containing AntiHack Updates, Fixes, Compatiblity
- New Patch that can be downloaded automatic by running DiabloMu Season 4.exe Launcher or by downloading manually patch and update the client by overwriting files

2. Server Side Update v3
- New Items are now One Handed, Fixes for Item(kor) file

3. Server Side Update v4
- Added VIP Server , Making VIP Server NoN-PvP, Reloading VIP accounts

4. Server Side Update ( Hosting ) v1
- OS Critical Updates, Cisco Firewall Reconfiguration
