about exe sylph bow

i have exellent sylph wind bow +9 but i cnt use it :-/ .
it is lvl 380 item but im lvl 400.
can someone help me use my bow.

 

if u cannot wear the bow ... try to put the bow in right place where is the scut place ..... or if u cannot atack maybe u have agillity bug ... look here http://diablo-network.com/forum/showthread.php?t=8

 

i've put my exe sylph bow where my old exe celestial bow is (on the right side). and also my agility is 21922. but still it didnt work on me...

 

the required strenght of my bow is 264. then i try to add it, make it 350. so now i can use it. thanks for your idea of agility bug. ;-p
