SMDOG trade bug

I get "scammed" from SMDOG (he should be BKGEROS, worst scammer ever, please check IP or something else about it).

He wanted to trade his 3rd BK Wings+13 for my items:
-3rd SM wings+9+ret+L
-Venom Mist boots+13+ref
-Exc Eracles staff+13+L+EDR
-Bone Blade+L+speed
-240 jewels

All for one, only one trade, not more.

After I pressed OK, his wings disappeared, and my items get to him. GG

Unfortunately I dont have any SS, but please investigate about it. If there's any chance to get back my items, well, it's good. If not, please check at least his account and situations, he just ruins all our fairplay and funny things of this game.

He used shadow bug to scam you....


If you see the trade item appearing on the trade window right away when the box opens, it means that the item is shadowed in there... So you only see the item there, but it's only client side, not server side. Ask the trader to move the item around before trading.

Geros needs a permanent ban imho, not for only my situation, but for all scamming trades (shadow bug or not) he did to many players. All knows him as the Diablo Mu's scammer, so I have a question: why he's online yet?

Damn at me when I trust to people and don't make any SS

 

I need an answer from any GMs please, at least assure me that you will investigate about it,
from logs orwhatelseyoucan. It's impossible that player is still free to make everything he want.
Normally bug abusing is detectable.

Dont care about items, just do something!
