Problem with opening the game.

I dont have any idea whats going wrong because it always had worked really well...yesterday i reinstalled everything from my computer and downloaded/installed all new updates/patches and more. maybe i missed something? i have an ATI driver but it wasnt on 11.5 before and the game started very well. now im on 12.6 tried 12.4 also like it was before when i played DiabloMU. so if anybody is there who can help me i would be very thankfull because i want to join the community again ! btw: i didnt try to downgrade to 11.5 and i wont do it, hope somebody has a solution for me.

problem is the game doesnt even start, like the window doesnt even pop up after pressing " start game " from launcher / main

after downloading the full client everything is fine !!
