Is there something wrong with server right now ?

    Hello there,

    I've never seen so low ppl of my guild (VALOR) online like today. And 1 of them, my friend, LopeH can not log in all his 4 accounts, the client keeps saying "Invalid account", though he's sure he typed the right pw.

    And due to the surprisingly low ppl of guild online, i guess this is the commom prob.

    So maybe some1 please take a look ?

    I can't log in too..i tried to use the lost username and id but it's not working..:smile:

    I could connect just fine like 2 minutes ago.

    I've did a fast reboot anyway to make sure everything is fine so let me know

    Just tried to connect with LopeH account and worked fine.

    parrot everytime you have to include your character name inside your post

    Found the problem.

    Since we moved our connection to a different host yesterday seems some queries automatically runned and therefore some passwords have been reseted to a more difficult value.

    So please use lost password on website or PM me if you can't make it work

    strange, he tried , i tried (his acc) but not successful :D
    but my acc is fine.
    and the population online is still very low, so i guess there s still something wrong with it.

    Lemme check seems smth happend and updates the passwords automatically

    Ok i changed the lost password method from website as it may be the problem. It should work fine with your normal password now
