380 opt but

    I have 2 BB +13 one have 380 opt ( +200dmg and atack success rate+10 ) and one without these opt.
    I'm thinking it's a bug since it doesn't work and other player staff don't work with the 380 opt either.
    Can there be solutions made to this problem?

    Weapons +200 DMG (380 Items) work only in castle siege, the set options work in normal server but not the weapons

    SD options applies only in PVP
