LVL 3 wings

Can anyone pls post here some "tips and tricks" of how you can make wings lvl 3.
I know this that in the first phase you need
1 wings lvl 2 +option
1 ancient item +7 +opt
1 Jewel of Chaos
1 Jewel of Creation
10 Stacked Jewel of Soul.
I had all those items and at chaos machine showed success rate 2% ) i have wings+10 succes rate had risen to 3% ) . Some players told me that is visual bug and that in fact the success rate is higher . I want to know that is this is for real or not. I was also told that you can put more than one ancient item to increase success rate is that true ?

 

thread about this was allready on forum ... there are players who burned feather like +15 times , yes u can put more then 1 anc and u can also use max 10 talismans of luck.
If u wanna know any more tricks u need to find out ya self or ask ingame...thats the point of game.
