have a problem with bow

i used jol on my sylph bow to+24 and now i cant equip it what hapend i have enought str and agi help pls

 

before that thing hapend i have 25k+ agi and aftter that i added 2k to agi and now i have 27k+and still cant wear it i have 310 str the bow requerd 298 i think
i have tha same problem before with crappy bow(the diferene was then i used bless) but i sold it in shop i dont want to lose this one
dont know if eny1 have same problem but its strange

 

put more strength and it gonna be ok you will use it

 

Yeah add more strenght, sometimes the str requirement is different than what it shows
