    PM is not punishable. Read the rules again.

    Type /whisper off to disable private chat if it annoys you.

    I dont want turn off whisper mode completely because I still want to receive messages from others

    And since PM is not punishable i can whisper any gm/admin/girl/kid and use verbal harrasment as much as i want and i wont get banned?=.=

    Insults,bad language towards STAFF members is punishable.
    Insults,bad language towards player on PM is allowed.
    "Private Messages, Guild Messages and Alliance messages containing Inadequate Language won't be punished as we respect players privacy."
    Simple as that

    so i can call some1 a nerd/moron/retard when i am standing next to him but via PM and admin will not react but i cant do that via normal chat cuz i will get banned for 24h?

    Hard job to read rules and explanations nowdays. Turn off whisper for few minutes and use the ingame chat system ( conference room, etc ). Some of you never used it so you should start that
