Exe Shadow Staff + 13 = wiz 27% ?

    I level my staff to +132 and the wiz dmg dropped down?
    And it's not a visual bug, i tried putting on staff with 85% i hit almost the as with +13 shadow(which should be 160%~ wiz dmg).

    Is this fixable? if not, can you drop it down to +12?

    This is visual bug.
    Staff working normal with 130%+ ... (but not displayed)

    I have same problem and check this with normal legendary staff 29% ;)
    Try this too and u'll see difference. :w00t:
