the rest go through my whole chat log to show i didn't do anything to be called a "piece of sXXX"

I will ask sepiroth to check logs and see that D3vout pked me and Godess on spot . Pure soul was pked 2 times. And the problem is solved. I ain't a crybaby to screen shot you pking me ^^. But everyone knows you pk people.

 

yes he is my bk...your guild pks me all the time while i'm afk...and then they go hide in LOT so I can't return the favor...so i went out last night and only pked you 1 time...and i may have hit Goddess while you were stacked...but i only pked you 1 time last night not 2 like you said

i didn't say "you piece of sXXX" i said to go kill yourself...no swear words or anything...whereas Goddess clearly swore and should be punished accordingly...if she does get punished...

i'm sorry for pking you last night...but i have been pked plenty by Chevchenko, bandzior, and couple others from your ally while afk...and i'm starting to return favor on whomever is unlucky enough to not be hiding in LOT...i'm done pking for now until i get pked again by your ally

if i get pked again by one of your guild mates again while i'm afk i will find anyone who isn't in LOT and then pk them because of the person that pked me...so just let your fellow guild members know that they are hurting another member of guild by pking me

so in summary of what that was saying:

1: If one of your guild mates pks me while i'm afk, i will return the favor on whomever i can find from the guild

2: i am sorry for pking you but it is your guild mates faults for pking me and then just afking LOT so i can't do the same

3: Hopefully we don't have anymore problems

 

We have not had problems in over 2 months , i actually think we never had this type of problem.
Here is how we play it . Do not pk me while i am afk for no reason ever , since i don't wanna start this stupid nonsens crap. If you got problems with other players , mail them and patch things up.
What is the point of pking someone who did nothing to you.
I am thinking for your benefit . Since we have a place to "hide" . I really suggest you let me go and work on fixing your problems with those who pk you and you pk back.
And Godess swearing at you , poor guy let his energy elf afk to lvl up and you pk his party member , and was at school. What do you expect ?

Let's get over this kratos. We are the type of players that soon enough will party together , wait to hit the 300+ and it will all be alright. Don't kill the people that will help you level .
Just really try to fix the issues with those who pk you.

 

I thought they explained the rules before, being anything goes as long as it's not on the post channel.
So he can PM you or talk directly to you and utter whatever words he has on his mind.

And on this thread, you can both see PureSoul calling you a shit and Solmyr calling PureSoul an ass. Catch my drift? Perhaps change the title to "Report PureSoul and Solmyr?"

Wasabi for Gods Sake . I would ban you if i had the power , always posting OFFTOPIC replies always random JUNK. I am not Godess , my main character is PureSoul. You will never understand who Godess is.
In this screen shot Godess is swearing which isn't illegal since it is not in post.
Remeber cartoon network - Dexters laboratory , there was a phrase Deedee DUMB. Reminds me of someone.

5. Abusive behaviour or language
Includes general insults and profanities towards other players, members of staff or the game as a whole; acts or language of religious intolerance, racism and all prejudice; threats of violence.
Punishment:
This may range from a warning to an IP ban depending on severity and prior offences at the GameMaster's discretion.

Pass on any and all information to a GameMaster or on our Forums as soon as possible including suitable screenshots if necessary for investigation.

Update:
Bad Language - 1 to 4 lines of bad words (normal sanctions)
Abusive Bad Language - 5 or more lines of bad words (special sanctions - starting from 5 days ban)

Update relevant for Rules NO 4 and 5
When reporting, stop leveling in order to keep the lines of chat together.
We require full or parts of the conversation that lead to the bad language. Make prints or scrool up the chat window and make prints of the dialogue.
Screen-Shots consisting in 1 or 2 lines of chat will not be taken into consideration; Unless is abussive offensive language, and obviously non-provoked.
Other exceptional situations will be evaluated by the admin team.

there is the rule...i have provided the evidence that at the time he said what he said in first screen....that it was unprovoked...

and PM / GUILD / PARTY chat are not punishable whereas post and normal chat are...so what solmyr said is mean and offensive it cannot be punished

 

Where is that stated in the rule that guild chat isn't bannable ? I read the rule several times and no where is that noted. And seriously that is an insult ). After you pk for spot ? What do you expect a THANK YOU ?

Syn, a few days ago you guys pointed out that i had been "Dragging FATE through the dirt". Since you guys made this point I have agreed to stop and I will keep that promise. I would appreciate the same in return. Please do not generalize the behaviour of individuals as a reflection of what everybody in our guild is like, as it gives my guild a bad image.

Yes, I were wrong, but so were you. In no section of the rule, is there mentioned it's not punishable if the abusive behaviour occurs in the guild, PM or party chat.
And I'm certain most would agree that go telling someone to kill themselves, is equal to or perhaps even worse to calling someone a shit. Yeah, there's no swearing, but it's still an insult!

I've concluded with;
1Either you have a severe case of asslicking, and think Sephiroth is going to put you on his pedestal after delievering all these confounded reports, Or;
2. This is a masterplan to get rid of all FATE players, so that you, in the future actually could be capable of stepping your foot inside of LoT.

Perhaps a mix of both.

pm is not punishable and guild/party chat fall under the same category because only you and your guild/party/person pmed can see it...whereas global post and normal chat anyone can see...even if noone else is around
