    The Server Rules state that in a scenario such as this one the afk player that is KS-ing a full party can not be banned.
    In a scenario such as this one of the party members had to connect to the Live Help Channel on TeamSpeak 3, and ask one of the GameMasters there to move GanjaMan from the spot.

    Read the rules again.
