skill tree bug

after reloging (having lvl 2-5 mastering, dunno, didnt check) i had lvl 35 mastering with random skill points.
I also have to notice that all the training i did before reloging was max 2hr at lvl 400.

Told some gm, he said to contact him via YM ( dont have it, dont want it). so now, after few weeks i finally got time to report this again.

it would be nice if you could reset my mastering level leaving like lvl 5-10..

Hi Nassun, i suppose that you had some points added on the skills and some more points which were not added. After you reseted you saw that the points you were having added disappeared and you started to add some points again from the ones you were having extra.
You did wrong, as everyone knows you mastering skill tree points are missing after you reset till about lvl 280 or sometimes even longer. If this occurs, you do not have to touch your skill tree because you will fux it up.
SephiroTH will try to repair your skill tree but i do not promise that this is possible, repairing skill tree is not an easy task and sometimes messing with it may lead to other bugs.
Next time please be more careful on what you are doing.

 

sorry to dissapoint you - you're totaly wrong:

1)i did not reset, all i did was relogin

2)i couldn't have reached lvl 35 mastering that fast as everyone say (lvl 35 in 2hrs?)

3)as you can see twisting slash (skill tree 2) is lvl 0 while upper skill is lvl5. How can i actually do that? as i know, i would have to max out twisting slash 1st.

4)points added on skills actually was only 1 point on repair (tryed to go for exp). and as i know, before succesfully adding point you get asked if you really want to do that by poped up window. only seen this window once.

p.s. i did press increase exp few times, but as you can see = it is still 0.. and all the other skills.. why would i actually press on those?

 

totally wrong? you tried to add points when you saw that your skill tree is bugged without asking older players on server about the bug, you can do 35 mastering lvls if you are lvl 400 and you catch happy hour or hit and up events( i personally did about 42 mastering in same situation), when the mastering skill tree is bugged doesn't matter what is shown there, it was just a visual bug till you added points.
About re log in, did you re log on same server or you changed the server?

As i said, what you have to do now is to wait until SephiroTH has time to spare and repair your char.

 

with 1 reset in arena? getting 10-18k exp? i dunno.. as players claim, 1 mastering takes like 1 hour.

another thing - please look at the points again. i counldnt add them like that. max out 1, then start another one. and also - i clearly remember i did not touch useless skills like "increase attack rate" or "repair 2". just why would i press those at all.. i remember pressing "increase exp" until i figured out i need to start from "repair" which i pressed once, and was also asked once if i really want to add the point. didnt try "repair 2" at all, not to talk about other skill trees.

p.s. now im feeling as if i would be trying to proove that im not a girafee.

 

i think that i was clear enough when i asked you to wait until SephiroTH will clear your char, your last post was not necessary.
Please wait until your problem will be solved by the person which has that level of access on editing the chars.

If i can suggest... as i know Sephi can decrease char lvl... so here should help with decreasing it from lvl3 to lvl2 char. NAssun will simply hv to make 3rd quest again but its more safe then playing with fixing skill tree as i see.
