Skill tree not working for me

Hello, I really hope that SephiroTH will fix my annoying problem.


After many and many tries I can say that my skill tree is bugged.

This is my situation:
On my 1st reset I made the Marlon quest, then the 3rd quest, so my exp turned into mastering exp...I decided to get some skill tree points so I stayed in game after lvl 400. I made the first 70 millions exp with which the exp bar arrives at max (i know that this first step doesn't give any point), then the bar goes back to 3,684,xxx,xxx exp and you need to reach again 3,892,xxx,xxx to lvl up. I reached again the lvl up exp but no point appeared.

So I supposed that this problem was caused by the 3rd quest made in the same reset, that is no mastering exp since the lvl 1.

So I reseted...I started to get the mastering exp since lvl 1...I reached 400 and made exactly the same steps, that is the first 70 millions exp and the following exp from 3,684,xxx,xxx to 3,892,xxx,xxx...and NOTHING!!!!!!

Therefore I can say that my skill tree is bugged. Without skill tree i have no hopes to compete with other players...so I really hope that this bug is fixable for me.

yea i try making a skill tree point but didn-t work dunno why

 

same here ..2 time i made 2 lvl after 400 ...but no master lvl or points

 

I've just made another lvl from 3,684,xxx,xxx to 3,892,xxx,xxx

Still no points gained.

Today 7 hours lost

 

for me it works , i have 24 mastering lvl and 23 points added
oh and btw i had one problem like this , usually it takes 1-1.5 hours for 1 point . but few days ago after 5 hours i didn't get any points so i let golden kill me and that resolved my problem

well i am winning mastering points right now, but the first time i tryied i lvled up and nothing happened, well i went to sleep close the game and the other day i had 1 skill point and now i ve 5 and still winning more

 

Thanks guys but all these solutions don't work for me.

Today I kept on exping for 7 hours....i think the points should appear after that time

Thanks for the answer SephiroTH. I know that lots of players don't have any problem with the skill tree... I do exactly the same things that other players do in order to get the skill tree points (as explained in my first post), but it doesn't work for me.

Please help me to find a solution.

 

my TS master skill is working after lvl 250, as i noticed mg is working since lvl 1, so its bugged or its that way how it works?

yep it seems now is working ...but something strange happend ..coz i get 2 points/lvl

i just turned my BK to BM, and it works fine and getting 2 pts per mastery level.

 

it works for me too but i only got 1 point for 1 lvl
