Solved Black Fenrir disappeared

    Hello,
    I had 2 fenrirs, one equipped that was there all the time, the other one disappeared as i was trying to give it to a friend, i took it from vault and traded my friend then it got very laggy and when it went back to normal the fenrir was gone, not in my inventory nor in my vault.
    I was in lorencia near vault and it was brand new with 255 hp, please can u retrieve it?
    This happen no more than 10 minutes ago, and the time im writing this is 16:28 (UTC+01:00) Amsterdam, Berlin, Bern, Rome, Stockholm, Vienna

    I doubt anything can be done in your case as items don't vanish unless illegal attempt is being made. Besides your character name I need your friend's character name and aproximate time when this happend hour:minute, time has to be the server time that is displayed on our website.

    My friend's character was Patpat. I was talking to Heizen, then i called Patpat and he came and then the rest happened. By illegal you mean hacks? I didnt do anything like that. Actually this is the second time this happened, the first time was a gs shield but it was worthless so i didnt care, besides i blamed it on my internet connection for the lag but now we are talking about a black fenrir that is so expensive.
    the time must have been between 16:25-16:28, i hope this is enough

    We can't know if you intended that or not, however you somehow overwritten the item with another one which is why it's gone now. Although most mu servers don't refund items in similar scenarios, I did a check on logs and everything seems legit so you will get your fenrir back. You will be contacted ingame, send me a private message here in forums once you're at the computer.
