Solved Why all accounts disconnect and..?

    I tried using the feature on the webpage of "Unstuck character" and it said to log out of the game which is ilogical.
    Please log my accounts off if possible xD

    Why all accounts disconnect and after can not log in nornal because server notice that your account get connected already ? Whats happened?

    all disconect ? and try to logind and the system talk to me = your accounts is in use

    the number 1 biggest problem is the "ACCOUNT LOGGED ON" , because we could use the "unstuck" feature but it doesn't work ... and now we wait ..

    @jamescicio , account unstuck has a different purpose, thats if you get blocked on some map.

    Anyone killed a certain boss or did some special mix when this happend? Be patient until we check what's wrong and we'll check the crashdump too

    Hey Gix. Someone told me earlier that it occurred right when he "tried cherry blossom reward". Not sure about it because it has been working (mostly at least).

    Ye, ive heard that too, that soemone did cherry blossom mix. When cliked to mix, server goes down, or maybe because of capacity of servers. Dunno. Hope you will fix it. Keep the good work!

    Thanks for that @Offspring, I was just looking at the debug file and realized cherrymix item file could be the problem. The last update we made must have caused an issue due to having too many items added in the mix. I have corrected that file now and hopefully it's fixed considering we had no crashes at all in 4 months and before that last update we made on 24 May.

    @jamescicio , just use the contact form or private message. Server stability is rock solid except today's issues caused by an item file who doesn't seem to accept certain modifications and caused the crash.

    Server2 is back online

    @Gix , regarding the cherry blossom mix , i personnaly mixed 255 golden branches and got the reward with no issues
