Can't tell, some player had a simillar problem but he said it got a lot better by itself without us doing anything. Since there is no pattern to follow it may as well be related to some installed program that may interfere with the client itself. For example the original season 8 client always had a chat cursor bug that we got it fixed thanks to our packed library file but so far I wasn't able to replicate this.

 

You should replicate it first as some don't have it at all, the person above you said he has it sometimes and you have it more often so it may be related to what's inside the pc, some incompatibility causing it at certain moments. A pattern must be found first so we can help you out but in case it comes straight from the webzen game client, as soon as the next episode is out it should be fixed for those getting this one randomly.

I have it confirmed that this is a webzen client bug that randomly happens to some players (some who experience this have it less than the others), it may be indeed related to an installed software incompatibility but can't guarantee that, however this will be fully fixed when the next season episode is released (it's already under development) just as webzen did when the official server was running on S8 and I'll need you to be patient for that.

If you get it more often than the others then it has to be a reason, however we don't own the client itself, webzen does as it's their game so the full fix for those who encounter this will come together with the client update as soon as the next season is available since it's not related to server side.
