Solved MU Client automatically closes

    title says it all. I have no antivirus and dep I did too. I played other mu fine. Need help asap

    Open main.exe and mu.exe properties, set compatibility to xp sp2 and check run as administrator option. Close any additional opened programs or webpages that you may have.
    If this doesn't work for you go to MuGuard folder and send us the llahlog.dat file at [email protected].

    I had the same issue just today, and a pc restart solved the problem.

    Also had a problem with closing the client when i selected character. For a strange reason what i don`t understand restarting the router solved the issue. o_O

    Everytime it closes my mu frozes abit and closes. I think it is caused by the bug when mu is not clicked like for when something is clicked outside mu.

    Having no antivirus shouldn't surprise you. If you got a rootkit that injects into main.exe process then it will close.
    Get an antivirus, get cc cleaner, both are free to download and see the instructions from the client download page. Try switching DEP on for main.exe and mu.exe and restart pc then try running the game, otherwise change it back.

    Probably it was a rootkit as @Gix said which was injecting your mu process. I am glad that it's solved now.

    yo guys im having this issue now, and after reinstall client from mediafire and google drive also the same issue, i have also try the compability winxp s2 and also try restart pc and not working, i have micro net.4 on my pc same goes to the visual x86 ... pls help me thx

    i went into muguard folder and dint see the llahlog.dat file, just only have lldb.dat and main.dat and mglogo

    Follow instructions from the download page, turn on dep for windows services only, try turning off the antivirus or uninstall completly then restart computer and try again (if it works then I recommend avg/avast to be installed instead). If you have other mu clients try deleting them, I've been told by my colleague that a player had some starting issues due to another mu client that was installed and had all kind of packed files, once it was deleted everything was fine. Also be more specific about your problem and give us as much details as possible, saying that you are having the same issue doesn't help much as the thread starter didn't gave any info either at that moment.

    Yes sir, i have done the dep as well and i do not have antivirus install in my computer ... what works is i make a copy of other mu online i have in my computer on my pendrive then i delete the one in my computer and restart my pc and run the client then it works, and i have also paste back the other mu online file in my pc and restart my pc and try to run eternal mu and yes it was running . thx never met this solution before hehe

    I'm glad to hear that my solution worked out for you @520justdoit , unfortunately sometime when multiple clients are installed some may corrupt the others client files.
