   This is a bug that cannot be fixed and it has been discussed on the forum already.
   I suppose the skill worked fine on 19 points and it bugged at 20, right? If so, you can ask for a skill tree reset BUT you are obliged to add the same points as before, except that -1 for Increase Maximum HP
