Online Hours Problem

    Good evening,

    I am connected with 4 accounts.On one of the accounts instead of 16 hours it only counted one and on the others 3 none of the hours.
    I logged in with all the 4 accounts in the same time(+2-3 minutes before each account login).
    I didn`t switch servers or disconnected.
    I didn`t warp to Crywolf and so on.
    I tried switching and nothing.
