DOn't connect at game

Hello Gix, my game don't connect, i download the game again and, reinstall the patch but i can't enter, i use windows7 and x64 bit

 

I'll point out the fact that within the client there is a folder names "If you have problems" , Read that folder and see if it helps.

When I put my login and password and I click to enter, no list appears in the chars and so is the game page display

 

so you can login but not see you characters? sounds like a client problem re-install and make sure you give Main.exe permission in your firewall. if you can login then everything on the server side is fine and this is a problem with your pc not the server, ie. gix can't fix.

 

hum, ok ... i try re install but i can't enter, but i will try format my PC .
