did i lost credits?

    Hi. Today i tryed to exchange my happy hours
    Now i have 0 online hours and 0 credits in Mu Wallet
    Can i get back online hours?
    Or any formula?
    Sorry for my english.

    Hello

    There are some warning messages before trading your online hours so you better read them.
    Also make sure you VISIT MU Wallet before trading! (you have to do this just once)

    It suck that I have to tell you this, but you have lost those credits. Trading in Online Credit Hour will provide you with credits which could be use them inside the MU WebShop. But you have to "Open" your MU Wallet before trading in such amount...Here are the steps:

    1. Login with your personal password.
    2. Click on the MU Wallet (On the left hand side)
    3. After click this, you will see a link appear "You have Successfully open your MUWallet"
    4. Now you can trade in Online Hour
    5. Enjoy those credits :)

    I guess you have to work back those credits, just like I did.....(And let me tell you what a pain it was :p) However, if you do need anything PM me in-game as I will more than glad to help! (In game name : iRaikan, PCap)

    P.S How did I know this? I learn it the hard way by losing 600+ credits which was never refunded, because it was somehow my fault for not reading :)

    @ Also remember to read the notes first because thats why they were written and added there so stop ignoring them + trade your online hours everyday or even often
