Running game problem . . .

Plz help guyz . . . i can't run the game , i have registration but when i click on "START GAME" button nothing happens . Plz tell me how to fix that ! Thank you.

 

I follow that steps :
Case 3 : Client simply close upon starting without even reaching the loading screen / opening the mu window.

Reason : Debugger is present,antivirus/firewall stop the game from opening , DEP (Data Execution Prevention) is set to all programs and mu client is started with limited user.

Solution : Close all debuggers before starting client, set DEP for essential windows programs only (system properties > Advance Tab > Performance Setting Button > Data Execution Prevention Tab) and run mu client with admin level (run as... Admin in Vista/Win7) , and disable / uninstall all antivirus or firewall software .

From "Fix Game Crash" but no results . . . can you try to help me with Team Viewer or something . . . i really want to join your server !

Try other servers' clients as well, see if they work. If not, does your computer meet the requirements to run MuOnline like it used to?
