cant connect

this is seriously doing my head in,i tried to connect on xp 32 bit managed to get to sreen with dl on hill then dc straight away,so then tried on mt win7 64 machine and hit button to connect straight off,i have turned every thing off downloaded and install patches and download and instal twice on each machine.
done all the admin rights and almost every thing else.
any help please much appreciated

nope spent too much time on this,such a shame because i really wanted to play,and so did 20+other players from other servers who where awaiting the results of my problem.i have never had problems like this before.
but i wish you good luck with your new server.

yeah even blizzardmu i did same thing again....start botton>>loading>>>start botton again>>>>loading....>and here in diablo.... click start botton....its gone...no other happen...re open again click start botton...its gone re open again...what happen for two server?

 

admin can you look into this problem please i really want to play this game.i even tried 2 other routers and have stopped all things not needed and have tried every thing you suggested still no luck i have now run out of ideas.
