Missing Shortcut

    I turn off my anti virus and tried downloading it again to see if it works. But when its done installing and i tried launching the game it keep saying Missing Shortcut i dont know whats wrong,

    What operating system are you using?Can you show us a screen with the error please?
    Delete the old client and all the data related to it and reinstall it again.

    Im using a windows 7. Help me I really want to play Mu for some reason. If you cant read it it says Missing shortcut (windows is searching for file Blizzardmu.exe. To locate file by yourself, click browser) it keeps saying that i tried downloading it with my anti virus disabled. I cant really figure out whats the problem in this situation

    Uninstall, delete DiabloMu folder manually after that.

    Turn off antivirus and firewall

    Install DiabloMu client again on a different partition

    Btw im trying to download BlizzardMu because i went to blizzard website and i click help section it brought me here. I tried deleting all BlizzardMu files and installing it again with my firewall and antivirus off its still dont work. It keeps saying missing shortcut for some reason. Btw want do u mean install it in a different partition?

    Install the game on another partition excepting the default one.Usually the default one is C:\Program Files.

    I tried installing it to my desktop it still didnt work. Any more ideas?

    Try to install a fresh copy on partition D or E or what you have.Desktop is the same as C:\Program Files

    what file is partition D or E do i make a folder or something. Can u give more details in your explanation please. i surely appreciate your patience

    In my hard disc drive theres only one which is OS (C:) thats it theres no D or E. What im i suppose to do? Is that mean i cant play this game?

    what the hell!!! why is your forum on blizzard then. Because in the website of blizzard it says if you have more problems make a new thread in our forum. I click the link and it brought me here for some reason.
