Why 24 hour ban for HypoCritcl ???????

On Nikita screenshots (TheKing sry ) i see 3 photo (just 2 bcz are 2 the same) with no full conversation ,TheKing dont have first SS with HIS spot print (maybe he just come ther ,find SM in cage...ok lets post him) and the last thing ...why TheKing dont post HIS screenshot on forum and send it to admin Nikita?
I thing in 10 min TheKing make SS,send to Nikita and Nikita ban Hypo .Good. In 10 min??? A admin was in s1 in this time whend Hypo ,,make KS" to TheKing ???????
Come on people.... today its Castel Siege right??? LOL its Hypo for moment the single SM of DarkSide / VeteranZ and u know theat ? Ofc it is and u know very well .
I thing .... this BAN of Hypo its just a joke , a story for kids to sleep....not a oficial post/mastake on a forum .
And TheKing...pls be more smart then thead ... something wrong in your report (ups what report?? u didnt make a report on forum...u pass a few SS to a admin [?] and he post ).
For this big joke guilds DarkSide and VeteranZ will not come to CS this sunday (maybe like this u , THEKING (of all kings) , take other way to win a CS .
Till next week-end i wait to see decision of SephiroTh for this SMALL prob.
At the end i request to UNBAN in 10 min (same time like ban ofc) this SM Hypo .

Ok...where shall I begin?

Nikita broke so many rules it is hard to even start counting them.

First, just as Dark mentioned, the report must have atleast 3 ss (different SS)
1 with player attacking alone on spot

Rule: - 1 screenshot when killing mobs alone / with your party on a spot.

2 the time interval between the 2nd and 3rd ss must be atleast 3 minutes

Rule: - 1 screenshot taken 3 minutes later with the KS-er refusing to party. Type /party nickname while keeping the mouse cursor over the kser and make sure in the screenshot we can see that the ks-er is refusing the party.

3 Nikita claims that he was online at the time. Now, was this the most professional solution he could find at the moment? Nikita, if you thought you were right about your decision (and you are wrong btw) wouldn't it have been much easier to move Hypo to Noria or any other city that to ban him?

I don't know what your problem is, but i think you should open Server rules thread and spend a few minutes to read what`s in there.

As for ban, kindly remove it as soon as possible, we have CS coming and we need our dear SoulMaster

Rules are simply and i know all of them. If i was witness of this situation i can make decision like this.
He make it with premeditation, so i make it too.

Read the above post...although you may be a gm...i have seen plenty of them here who use their power incorrectly...

the rules state that in the screens there must be proof that person ksing (Hypocritl or whatever) was not first on spot...and you didn't nor did king prove that with screens

i know for a fact that GM's are supposed to take screens when doing things like this so where is the proof that the SM wasn't first on spot?

 

damn it rules are very simple?? for who ? for u nikita or for players?? rules are rules for everyone and you gave bann only for words not for evidence and you created a precedent which is not good for this server and for players who play for years here
