Problem With Vip Account

    Hello , i have donate 14 euro for 2 accounts on the vip server i have send email to [email protected] and i dont have acces to vip server..

    i hope you will give us acces for the vip server soon

    My problem is that i`ve received an e-mail stating that my vip account has been activated and i have acces to the Eden server... Guess what, i have no acces to the Eden server... I`ve sent a PM and an e-mail, now i w8 :mad:
    LE: i have to be fair and say that someone is trying to solve this problem, hopefully i will be able to acces the 3rd server soon

    your account has acces to VIP, it s tested ...

    try again and make sure to use correct password and username

    SephiroTH, no ofence, but i know my account, i use the correct username and pass and i can`t acces the 3rd server.
    I will exit every server for as long as it takes, please try to login on my account on server 3 and see if its working for you... If u need my pass, just let me know and i will send it to you on pm

    Isn t an offence , don t worry but it s pretty weird since all vip users can acces their accounts but you can't

    Provide the info replyed in email and we'll continue the discussion there

    Problem solved, i have to admit that Diablomu is the first mu server i see with a working customer support. Thanks alot!
