that won't bring any new players here though...we need something to attract people not just keep those that are already here...here...we need something whether it be what avalon posted earlier or something else

 

Well wipes shouldn't happen so people learn that Blizzard Mu , doesn't wipe database , Season 4 is great because of Game shop, maybe lower prices after the update , suggestion - to increase new players , Write on Ragezone the Following - " Blizzard Mu - Season 4 - 10 exp - Auto looting Allowed" , that's all it takes sephiroth. I played a 10 exp server and in 1 month i got to lvl 360 with a DL , indeed afk 24/7 . But i still don't think adding resets is a good idea , not on 10 exp, frienz mu had 15-25 exp , 15 resets x 350 points , but also had Great afk spots . Here the best spot = very hard to lvl there ^^.

 

Sephi, I hope you listen to my suggestion too and lets work with what we have

I like the idea of keeping S4 around, becuase as someone said, low exp players love Oldschool.
Adding resets, well, this is a tricky one. Avalon is already 375 or something (i forgot), and that was on the even lower exp. Although, she did you a fair ammount of exp cards. But, wouldn't you like to reset and get everything back again, but also, you get 200/350/500 pnts? (io prefer 200). This can also make it more even, or more unballanced. Im not to sure, i'd have to do some research.
But I like the idea that most people have so far.

As far as concerning the wipe, for those who donated (if there will be a wipe), as Kratos said(correct me if im wrong), all the donators will be screwed over becuase they wasted all their money on the other DB.
Of course you'll think of something to reward them, I got no doubt about it, but it kinda sucks. So you can stay with the old DB, add resets, or start a new one, and... add or dont add resets, and give donators a little reward.

 

like i said before...this would be a good start but this server needs a revamp or something that will attract more players and by hiring new gm's, and fixing current bugs...it won't attract anyone new

I play without seal about 4 months got 327 bk (dont play 24/7) its fine for me i have relax here after work.

P.S. i think its a pvp server without reset so for what i making pvp bk? if u ill add reset now? think about that, those ppl who want to rr they just waste their build and thats why they want to rr

 

i agree with the no reset thing but we need to change something here bandz...yes we are here because we like the rates...but other people don't so in order for us to gain more people we need to get others to enjoy the server...

You all came here with knowledge that this is a GMO like server(unlike any other around) with 3x exp. It is not supposed to look like something you played before. why didint you stay there then?
And SephiroTH? i wish i had patience to look for your posts from times when you stood strong behind your ideas: "this is a hardcore server" "permanent database" "no wipes" "MU was never meant to have resets"! Thats what i liked about this server. It wasnt trying to be commercial. Its easy to make a nice flashing website with 20x exp,sell FO sets for $ and be No1 at mmorpg voting sites. I thought you were different. And now you turn all commercial and let few people change your mind? You knew that 3x exp server will not be populated in a month...maybe not even a year. But in the end thats the test which will separate HC players from kids. We worked hard on our builds, thinking about every point and now we get resets?! "ahh ill add few thousand to agility and then few thousand to energy" NO THX.
Better update to a bugless season 4 and let people work on their trees. The whole point of MU evolving to master class and using its advantages is lost with resets, not mentioning that it inballances certain characters and whole PVM.

Sephiroth , i play this server just like others and i have an opinion , i will not bring it up again , that is why i think players run from the server .

 

I play from time to time. It's hard for me to decide what to say becuase no matter what I say it always backfires and I'm the one being targeted and being flamed (most of the time). I stick to what I said before. Those are my opinions. Im also just throwing out ideas so other people can think of what to say if they want to. I have time to read, but thinking of what to say about this problem, or issue, is hard for me. I mean, I would probally come back if there was a server wipe and s6 was enabled. It would bring alot of new members, but theres gotta be some sort of reward for the donators (i am not one, so this is not biased.)

P.S avalon, he never said that their would be a wipe, he said it was an OPTION AND HE WANTS FEEDBACK.

 

offtopic: i have yet to see you online...you just recently changed your EE's account password...both you and crus left the server and i've only seen crus on...and that was for like 10-15 minutes... AND FROM THE ADVERTISING OF DIABLO MU THREAD:

ontopic: if there was a wipe the only thing that would be fair to give donators (including myself for the couple times i donated) would be to give them the equivalent amount of coins or something that would be equivalent in the new season...cause if its s6 there won't be payment shop...so only thing would be to give them the VIP status equivalent to what they paid this season ... (i.e donated 4 times for 1500 coins = 4 months vip ... or depending on how much vip would be for s6...give them equivalent time for it... for example 1500x4 times donated in s4...=32 euro...and if vip will be more or less than 8 euro then they should get same amount of vip experience...

or maybe bok or something in game...

IF there is a wipe the donators should be given a choice between same vip access or be given something that they can use...just my opinion if there was to be a wipe

but for now we just need the update to fix the several bugs...and then we can work on what to do

and @kratos, i come on from time to time to pk and such, never said i still play 24/7 or 4 hours or so.

 

off topic: only character that i can't check is your ee and i highly doubt you're pking with her...because all your other characters are where i left them for about a month now...

on topic like i said in my last post we need current bugs fixed and then we can worry about new things that we need to bring new players...whether it be increased exp or something else...

To be completely honest, I like the settings here, but, and there is a big but! We got too many buggs. I am open to making the xp a little higher, or including resets to attract people. I am just sick of beeing alone! I got plenty of decent items that I have used a lot of time to hunt, and noone to sell to! The really good items I have given to my guildmates.

In the first place! Fix the god damn buggs ^^ And, I actually support James on this one. Allow autolooter for those who are able to get one to bypass ur security. It does not mean you support looting, but it means you do not criminalize it. MU is about beeing the best in every step. Builds, skills, tactics for hunting etc. and also, during the latest 7-8 years, beeing the best on bots. If you really want a bot to work, you will eventually get one that works. you don't need to be a geek to make one urselves. And allow the spinner.

If you are unsure if to enable looter and spinner, make an official vote in the sub forum for "official votes". And do not allow your mods who do not play to vote. Because no matter what they will support you and your no bot policy....

2)You don't need any bot to get an autoloot...just a simple mouse/keyboard recorder that works in a mu window...so i disagree here...although it may bring more people to server it makes it would eventually ruin the economy of the server...

and really as of right now...it doesn't seem that anyone that should have gotten ban from my previous 2 reports (bl@de and matapetaa/bandzior) should have received bans...but since they didn't it seems to me that it is being allowed for now...if you want proof sephi i reported both of the above players after you stated that if any of the blacklisted players were caught again they would receive ban...and unless you deleted the threads there is proof here...and here are the threads:

So from those posts both should have been banned...but again nothing happened...so you're not saying autolooting is bannable with those actions sephi

3) Although sephi should take our opinion about autoloot/spinner...its his decision and a vote won't do anything to change his mind (although actions from my reports show that you really can still use looter without getting into trouble)

 

Increase exp, don't add resetsystem, fix the major bugs affecting gameplay atm = profit
